Information you provide

Our website project request form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code, preferred timeframe and project description. You may optionally tell us how you found us. If you contact us by email, phone, text message or a social platform, we also receive the contact details, messages and project photos you choose to share. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers or other sensitive information in a project request.

How information is used

We use project information to respond to inquiries, confirm our service area and availability, discuss estimates, schedule and carry out agreed work, and maintain related business records. Technical information is used to operate the website, protect the request form from spam and troubleshoot problems.

Website and email providers

The website is hosted on Vercel. Submitted project requests are sent through Google's Gmail service to SCJ Service at scjservicezach@gmail.com. These providers process information as part of hosting and delivering our communications. Their services may process technical details such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and delivery records. See Vercel's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

Form security and technical information

The request form uses a temporary security token, an automated spam-trap field and temporary duplicate-request and rate-limit checks. The form handler uses hashed identifiers for those temporary checks. The website form does not require an account or request payment information. As of the update date above, the website's published front-end code does not include third-party advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Hosting and communications providers may separately retain operational records under their own practices.

Advertising and external websites

Our advertisements may include campaign tags in links to this website. When you submit a project request, we include the source, medium and campaign tags present in the page URL, your optional answer about how you found us, and the referring website hostname when available. This helps us connect inquiries to our advertising. We do not include the full referring URL or store these tags in cookies or local storage. Clicking a link to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor or another external service takes you to a service governed by its own privacy practices. This notice does not replace those services' privacy policies. If you submit an inquiry through a platform's own form or messaging tools, that platform also processes your information.

Records and your choices

Project requests delivered by email become part of our business correspondence. You may contact us to ask what inquiry information we hold, correct inaccurate information or request deletion. We will review your request and may need to verify that the request is yours. Some records may need to be kept for ongoing projects, accounting, disputes or legal obligations. You can contact us by phone instead of using the website form.
